After over 14 years of personal practice, 500 hours of yoga teacher training, and 95 hours of meditation certification—plus specialized training in trauma-informed yoga and anxiety relief—I knew Sync had to come to life. Along the way, I’ve spent countless hours studying neuroplasticity, the brain-body connection, stress resilience, and emotional regulation. My mission is simple: to share uncomplicated, effective practices that create lasting change.
